My mother died 11 years ago and my younger brother also died last 2007 I cry so often that I feel like I am going to choke to death. Even when I have no tears left, somehow there's always more. Its really hard to accept that two of them in my family was  gone.
But never will be forgotten you'll always be remembered in our hearts lifes pass but loves and memories stay forever.....

*Giving up doesn't always mean you are weak … sometimes it means that you are strong enough to let go.

*Promises mean everything, but after they are broken, sorry means nothing.

*God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference.

*Knowledge speaks, but wisdom listens.

*Speak when you are angry---and you will make the best speech you'll ever regret.

Eleven Hints for Life

1. It hurts to love someone and not be loved in return.
But what is more painful is to love someone and never
find the courage to let that person know how you feel.
2. A sad thing in life is when you meet someone who
means a lot to you, only to find out in the end that it was
never meant to be and you just have to let go.
3. The best kind of friend is the kind you can sit on a
porch swing with, never say a word, and then walk away
feeling like it was the best conversation you've ever had.
4. It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose
it, but it's also true that we don't know what we've been
missing until it arrives.
5. It takes only a minute to get a crush on someone, an
hour to like someone, and a day to love someone-but it
takes a lifetime to forget someone.
6. Don't go for looks, they can deceive. Don't go for wealth,
even that fades away. Go for someone who makes you
smile because it takes only a smile to make a dark day
seem bright.
7. Dream what you want to dream, go where you want to go,
be what you want to be. Because you have only one life and
one chance to do all the things you want to do.
8. Always put yourself in the other's shoes. If you feel that it
hurts you, it probably hurts the person too.
9. A careless word may kindle strife. A cruel word may wreck
a life. A timely word may level stress. But a loving word may
heal and bless.
10. The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best
of everything they just make the most of everything that comes
along their way.
11. Love begins with a smile, grows with a kiss, ends with
a tear. When you were born, you were crying and everyone
around you was smiling. Live your life so that when you die,
you're the one smiling and everyone around you is crying.

As we grow up, We learn that even the one person that wasn't supposed to ever let us down, probably will. You'll have your heart broken and you'll break others' hearts. You'll fight with your best friend or maybe even fall in love with them, and you'll cry because time is flying by. So take too many pictures, laugh too much, forgive freely, and love like you've never been hurt. Life comes with no guarantees, no time outs, no second chances. you just have to live life to the fullest, tell someone what they mean to you and tell someone off, speak out, dance in the pouring rain, hold someone's hand, comfort a friend, fall asleep watching the sun come up, stay up late, be a flirt, and smile until your face hurts. Don't be afraid to take chances or fall in love and most of all, live in the moment because every second you spend angry or upset is a second of happiness you can never get back.

It is better to be beautiful than to be good, but it is better to be good than to be ugly......  hehehe.........

I don't know if I continue, even today, always liking myself. But what I learned to do many years ago was to forgive myself. It is very important for every human being to forgive herself or himself because if you live, you will make mistakes- it is inevitable. But once you do and you see the mistake, then you forgive yourself and say, 'well, if I'd known better I'd have done better,' that's all. So you say to people who you think you may have injured, 'I'm sorry,' and then you say to yourself, 'I'm sorry.' If we all hold on to the mistake, we can't see our own glory in the mirror because we have the mistake between our faces and the mirror; we can't see what we're capable of being. You can ask forgiveness of others, but in the end the real forgiveness is in one's own self. I think that young men and women are so caught by the way they see themselves. Now mind you. When a larger society sees them as unattractive, as threats, as too black or too white or too poor or too fat or too thin. But you can overcome that. The real difficulty is to overcome how you think about yourself. If we don't have that we never grow, we never learn, and sure as hell we should never teach.

CUTE FUNNY

  • LOVE ME, HATE ME - EITHER WAY YOU'RE THINKING OF ME!
  • WARNING: I HAVE AN ATTITUDE AND I KNOW HOW TO USE IT!
  • I AM CONVINCED THAT LIFE IS 10% WHAT HAPPENS TO ME AND 90% OF HOW I REACT TO IT.
  • I RESPECT THOSE WHO RESPECT ME & FORGET THOSE WHO FORGET ME. SIMPLE AS THAT.
  • I AM OLD ENOUGH TO KNOW BETTER - BUT YOUNG ENOUGH TO STILL DO IT ANYWAY!
  • I DON'T LOOK BACK - UNLESS SOMEONE IS THINKING ABOUT YOU... OK - IT'S ME. THERE'S A GOOD VIEW!
Every human is said to have his /  her peculiar ambition. Whether it be true or not, I can say for one that I have no other so great as that of being truly esteemed of my fellow men and women, by rendering myself worthy of their esteem.

It's lack of faith that makes people afraid of meeting challenges, and I believed in myself.

When I examine myself and my methods of thought, I come to the conclusion that the gift of fantasy has meant more to me than any talent for abstract, positive thinking.

While I know myself as a creation of God, I am also obligated to realize and remember that everyone else and everything else are also God's creation.

About Me....

Life is an eternal quest about knowing oneself. It's time to challenge yourself, to rediscover your hidden traits, talents, and tendencies. Several inconvenient questions, which you have swept under the carpet, might resurface. Here is a collection of "about me" quotes.

I do my thing and you do yours. I am not in this world to live up to your expectations, and you are not in this world to live up to mine. You are you and I am I, and if by chance we find each other, then it is beautiful. If not, it can't be helped.

I am so clever that sometimes I don't understand a single word of what I am saying.

Without knowing what I am and why I am here, life is impossible.
When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be.

A friend is one who takes me for what I am.

I am the greatest, I said that even before I knew I was.

I am neither especially clever nor especially gifted. I am only very, very curious.

Without knowing what I am and why I am here, life is impossible.

Being a good person...

The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life.
Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, the education, the money, than circumstances, than failure, than success, than what other people think or say or do.
It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break  ...
a church... a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice everyday regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past... we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude. I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it. And so it is with you... we are in charge of our Attitudes.

Effective Communication is Important to Me.....

I believe telegraphic model of communication is no longer applicable to 21st century and it is ineffective. Communication is like “multi-tasking”, when I am talking to someone, I am also receiving his response through verbal or non-verbal language simultaneously. Through his response which would determine whether the communication should continue or stop. Hence, effective communication is important to me as it allows me to convey my message accurately to the people around me. It also allows me to understand and be respectful to these different opinions.

I remembered when I was looking for a part time job . I was surprise that many of them listed 'Candidates with good communication skills as one of their qualification requirement. In developed countries, such as Singapore, their economy is heavily depended on the service and financial sectors. Hence, able to communicate well is an important factor to succeed in these jobs. It is certainly that communication skills were considered more important than technical knowledge in any job category. These industries often require us to work as team, therefore effective communication skills are vital. It helps to reduce unnecessary tension or misunderstanding between colleagues and your management.

In addition, good non-verbal communication skills are an essential aspect of our daily lives. In the 21st century, it is almost impossible to get rid of non-verbal communication such as MSN, SMS and face book. The use of appropriate words in SMS is vital; otherwise it might lead to miscommunication between the parties. As a result, tension may arise and affect the friendship. Sometimes, these misunderstanding can only resolve when both parties meet face-to-face. However, misunderstanding can lead to serious consequences when unresolved.   Therefore, think before you write or speak!

Communication Skills are Important!!!!

Communication is our Lifeblood

More comfortable with sms?

Many young people actually start their working lives not knowing how to communicate face to face with their colleagues, let alone with employers and clients. They are more comfortable sending text messages than they are speaking. Some people lack the confidence to speak up, while others are so overconfident that they don't know how to listen. Then they wonder why they aren't given more responsibilities and are overlooked for promotion.

Hiding behind e-mail?

Advances in technology over the last couple of decades have transformed the way we work, enabling us to communicate faster, more efficiently and more effectively. It's ironic that this technological evolution has brought about a decline in the art of effective communication. E-mail has quickly become an essential means of communication with clients and colleagues. However, many of us would have to admit that we sometimes send an e-mail when we absolutely know it would be better to pick up the phone, or perhaps just walk over to a colleague's desk to pass on a message. So it's no real wonder that with so many of us hiding behind e-mail, we are damaging our own ability to communicate orally, be it on the phone or face to face. Overuse of e-mail is decreasing our effectiveness when we actually do open our mouths. Personal interaction is at the heart of developing truly effective business relationships.

Teamwork

These days, we are actually expected to speak up more than ever, liaising with colleagues and clients, peers and superiors, both by telephone and in person. With open-plan offices and so much emphasis on teamwork, there is a lot to learn about communicating with other people. With communication taking up almost 100% of our working day, this should show us the vital importance of learning how to get it right. What ever your job, your age or experience, developing your communication skills must be your top priority.
Communication skills are probably the most potent career and personal skills you can possess. They can spell the difference between success and failure in getting your job done, and in building successful relationships professionally and personally. Luckily, successful communication skills can be learned. Here are our top ten tips:
  • Remember these key steps to increasing clarity: slow down, use simple language and check for understanding.
  • Don't weaken your message by using the right words but the wrong tone. Your tone often determines whether your listeners are open to you, or closed.
  • Be courteous, even under stress. This can make all the difference in communication.
  • Take time to listen actively. This can make or break any relationship.
  • Have a clear goal in mind before trying to communicate your message to others.
  • Use empathy in your communication. This will help you build rapport and be more persuasive.
  • Encourage positive thinking in team communication. Positive thinking leads to higher morale and more creative solutions.
  • Treat other people in the way they wish to be treated, not necessarily as you wish to be treated. This will show respect and understanding.
  • Never assume that you know what another person means. It's always best to clarify.
  • Remember that improving communication is a work in progress, and you will benefit from continual upgrading.
Communication is our lifeblood, and it's the lifeblood of any organization. As with any other endeavor, the more you put into it, the more you'll get back. Once you start putting into practice some fundamental success tools, they will propel you along the path to a brighter, more fulfilling future.

All this talk about nutrition and proper diet and of course vitamins and minerals.

Many people complain that they simply don’t have time to make healthy meals which provide the nutrition in the form of vitamins and minerals which their body needs.
Other people simply think nutrition is going to the local fast food establishment and getting some deep fried chicken, fries, a cheeseburger and a shake. For those who think nutrition is about fast food meals, you are greatly mistaken because vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and phytonutrients play a significant role in the diet.

There are two forms of nutrition which include macronutrients and you might have guess it, micronutrients – perhaps it reminds you of micro and macro economics (whether you liked economics in college or not, just might be a reason why you’re not feeding your body enough nutrition in the form of micronutrients (vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and phytonutrients). Macronutrients are more often consumed without much dietary discipline because they encompass carbohydrates, fats, protein, and water (granted, some people need to be drinking more water – distilled with reverse osmosis would be a good choice). Our bodies need both forms of nutrition to remain healthy and nobody should be challenging this point, even the CEOs of the large fast food companies. Back to the minerals, vitamins, antioxidants and phytonutrients because these forms of nutrition will facilitate the prevention of organs becoming inflamed, viruses, infections and even more serious illnesses. So, for people who are too busy to make meals which provide their body the needed minerals, antioxidants, phytonutrients and vitamins there is a solution which will not take more than perhaps a minute of your day and you can do this anywhere and at any time of the day. There is no need to go to a store, no need to choke down pills or tablets and the tastes are great. What I am highly recommending for people who are not getting their daily vitamins and minerals (and antioxidants and phytochemicals) is to simply ingest these micronutrients in highly portable suspended gel packets where no liquid is required to ingest them and they can be stored at any extreme temperatures found on Earth, either hot or cold. For nutrition with vitamins and minerals, the MIN suspended gel packets provide 100% of 12 essential daily vitamins and 10 essential daily minerals and comes in a berry punch flavor. Take a look at the list of vitamins and minerals here. For nutrition with antioxidants, the EXO suspended gel packet offers 17 fruits and plant extracts with the highest oxygen radical absorbance capacity (ORAC) score and comes in a grape flavor. And for nutrition with phytonutrients to detox and cleanse the digestive system and optimize the immune system and enable the macronutrients to be properly and effectively absorbed there is the GRN suspended gel packet in a lemongrass mint flavor (contains spinach, broccoli, wheat grass, chlorophyll and other forms of nutrition ingredients). So now you no longer have an excuse for not providing your body the nutrition it needs with minerals, vitamins, antioxidants and phytonutrients.

Lets talk about this....How Liberated Are The Youth Of The New Generation??

Values are said to be a set of standard that give meaning and important to everything. That is why it is necessary for us to understand its real meaning in the context of Filipino experiences. One's values are used to measure his personality and are viewed as an internal model for his external behavior.Having the right values in life is the essence of a true human being and above all, being a true Filipino. But the question is,do the Youth of our generation have the right values? Are they liberated? How far are they liberated? Here are some situations that may help you arrive at an answer to these question.
Many of us know that teenagers nowadays engage in different vices even at such a young age. One such vices is drinking liquors, w/c is said to be the most common of all. Teenagers think , if they drink, they are in. In other words, peer pressure is the strongest cause for such vice . Likewise, some teeners drink because it is what they see among their parents or other relatives.
If teenagers drink it will be followed by smoking (that is with only a few exceptions). In disco houses, you could see teenager acting like wild animals. They drink, smoke and do dirty dancing. We are not only talking of boys here, but even girls. And this makes it more alarming. Where are the values in here? What will happen next to this?
Next to getting drunk and smoking, youngsters also involve themselves in premarital sex or some even engage in prostitution. That is the reason why there are so many unwanted pregnancies.Several young girls get pregnant even in their high school years hey only think of the fun and pleasure they get , but they do not anticipate the consequences they might create.
Youngsters at present don't even care their education. In fact, they would cut classes just to spend the time in enjoyment. For some the only reason they go to school is to have allowances, hence, have something to spend to their vices. These teenagers don't give any regard to their pitiful parents who are working hard to support their education and other basic needs. What is worst is that, aside from fooling around these children ask for extra allowances, saying they have projects to pay, but in truth the money just go to useless and harmful things. Others even spend hard earned money of their parents to support not only themselves but also their lovers. Some teenagers also indulge in gambling to have fun, not thinking about how hard their parents earn the money they are spending.
Furthermore, young girl nowadays , wear sexy and skimpy clothes. They do not observe the proper attire to put on in certain places. Propriety is the word. Some even go to church or to school wearing skimpy skirts and sexy clothes showing some private parts of their bodies. This then temps some men to commit rape or acts of lasciviousness. Its nice to be in and fashionable, but see to it that is within the bounds of decency. For what we wear reflects our personality.
These are just some observation. I don't intend to generalize for I still believe in the goodness of man. However,I can help getting depressed with the prevailing trends. It seems that the old Filipino values practice by our for bearers have been replaced, little by little, with a culture we have adopted from foreign lands.
It is not bad to imitate what is good or one that could help bring progress to our country, but let us be choosy. Let us restore our true Filipino values, the traits to which we have been known for years. Let us change the image we are now creating not only here in our naive land but even to other people of the world. Fellow teenagers, let us not wait for Dr. Jose Rizal to rise from his grave just to remind us that we, the youth, are the hopes of our fatherland.

Circle of Friends

Like a bundle of flowers,
    That stays together,
    Like a flying butterfly,
That smiles with each other.

A friend that listens on one's problem,
and gives advice to heal the pain,
A friend who can be trusted,
For all the secrets you've hid.

Friends who can give you comfort,
In all the challenges you've encountered,
      Friends that surround you ,
      That gives you happiness,
      In times of your distress.

Inspiring Quotes

Generosity is another quality which, like patience, letting go, non-judging, and trust, provides a solid foundation for mindfulness practice.
You might experiment with using the cultivation of generosity as a vehicle for deep self-observation and inquiry as well as an exercise in giving.
A good place to start is with yourself. See if you can give yourself gifts that may be true blessings, such as self-acceptance, or some time each day with no purpose.
Practice feeling deserving enough to accept these gifts without obligation to simply receive from yourself, and from the universe.

IN MY LIFE

All my life I had been looking for something, and everywhere I turned someone tried to tell me what it was.
I accepted their answers too, though they were often in contradiction and even self-contradictory.  I was naive.  I was looking for myself and asking everyone except myself questions which I, and only I could answer.  It took me a long time and much painful boomeranging of my expectations to achieve a  realization everyone else appears to have been born with that I am nobody but myself.
